This was for a Sprout fund contest - citysearch to develop art for bus terminals throughout the city. It wasn't selected, but hey.... All digital, the software was Photoshop, the hardware was a Wacom tablet (the cheapest one on the market), and has me seriously considering abandoning my airbrush for all things Photoshop.
